Our Story
I’m Diana Apakidze, the Founder of Impacgrwoth.eu and Net Minds Solutions with 20+ years of experience in launching and scaling startups in male-dominated industries such as FashionTech, Fintech and AgriTech.
My journey with Impact Growth began with a shared vision with Stella Mally when back in 2015 we created a community of female professionals to support each other in our career growth and it was called WomenGeneration.
But WomenGeneration was supposed to grow and transform the same way as it happened to me after working with different CEOs directly around the world and after having built myself 4 ventures. Seeing how these businesses are growing at any cost made me rethink what I am ready to support and this is when I decided that I want to help grow Impact and not just business. This is how the logical transformation of WomenGeneration into Impact Growth happened.
